URL: https://pushanalytics.com/ Summary: Push Analytics is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner in New Jersey. We set up HubSpot, run your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads, and connect the two to sales. Push Analytics is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner based in New Jersey. We set up HubSpot, run your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads, and connect the two so every lead gets a follow-up. Clients include Charlie Hustle, Photon Brothers and Veiled Collection. - 50,000+ new customers for Veiled Collection from paid ads - Hours back every week for one manufacturer after it moved off Salesforce - 10 hrs a week of retyping data cut at Photon Brothers by connecting its systems ## What we do - **Set up HubSpot around how you sell**: Onboarding, moving your data out of Salesforce or spreadsheets, and connecting HubSpot to the other tools you run on, from your online store to your accounting system. We're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. - **Run ads and show which ones bring in sales**: Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns. Every lead and order we can track is tied back to the ad that brought it in. - **Send email that people open and buy from**: Automatic emails in Klaviyo for online stores and follow-up emails in HubSpot for sales teams. We judge them by the orders and deals they bring in. - **Find what's slowing the business down**: For B2B companies like manufacturers, distributors and contractors, a deep analysis of how your leads, deals and orders move through your systems, with a ranked list of fixes. From there we can monitor results, fix processes and train your team. We call it the Friction Point Analysis. - **A part-time operations leader**: A fractional COO runs a weekly numbers meeting and owns the fix list. Our team builds the fixes. - **Put AI to work on clean data**: We set up AI agents and automations on a CRM you can trust, so they help your team instead of guessing. We also make your website readable to ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI answers. ## How we work differently Here is how our work compares with what a typical agency offers. - **Reporting**. A typical agency: A monthly report and a monthly call. Push Analytics: Daily updates, weekly reports and a weekly meeting with you (a presentation or call). - **Access to the team**. A typical agency: Time with the team at the monthly call. Push Analytics: Day-to-day access to the team doing the work. - **Method**. A typical agency: Tries tactics and sees what sticks. Push Analytics: Established methods built over years of client work (we have been growing and optimizing businesses since 2013): the [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) for B2B companies, and Data Driven Decisions Daily (D4) for online stores, with daily updates and our own tracking checked against your sales data. - **Tracking**. A typical agency: Relies on GA4 and the ad platforms' own numbers. Push Analytics: Our own tracking tools, so we don't rely on GA4 or ad platform numbers alone. We check results against your sales data. - **Scope**. A typical agency: Looks at the channel they run. Push Analytics: Looks at the business as a system (marketing, sales, operations and data) and digs into the fundamentals of the business. - **How results are judged**. A typical agency: Clicks, leads and platform ROAS. Push Analytics: The full set of business fundamentals, measured against targets we agree on with you at the start. - **HubSpot**. A typical agency: Set it up and leave. Push Analytics: HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. We set up HubSpot around how you sell, then run it with you. - **One team**. A typical agency: Separate vendors for ads, CRM and operations. Push Analytics: One team across ads, CRM and operations. Every agency is different; this is how we work. ## Built around how you sell We work with all kinds of growing businesses. What they share is more leads and orders than their current setup can keep up with, and data spread across too many tools. - **B2B sales teams**: Leads, quotes and follow-ups live in one CRM instead of inboxes and spreadsheets. Your reps see every deal, your managers see a forecast built from live deals, and your ads get judged on the deals they bring in. - **Ecommerce brands**: We run your ads and judge them on what's left after returns, shipping and product cost. We also set up the email and SMS that bring customers back for a second order. Data Driven Decisions Daily (D4) gives you daily updates, weekly reports and a weekly meeting, and we judge results against targets agreed with you at the start. See [ecommerce](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/ecommerce). - **Service businesses**: Calls, bookings and estimates get tracked from the first inquiry to the paid invoice. The system reminds each person who they're supposed to call back. - **Industries we know well**: Some of our deepest work is in [manufacturing](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/manufacturing), [construction](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/construction), [ecommerce](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/ecommerce) and [restaurants](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/restaurants). [See all industries](https://pushanalytics.com/industries). ## One team from the first click to the closed deal Many companies have one vendor on ads and another who set up the CRM years ago. The back office falls between them. Leads get counted in one place and sales get counted in another. The two numbers never match, and the fight over which one is right eats a meeting every month. We take the whole path. The same team that runs your [Google and Meta ads](https://pushanalytics.com/paid-ads) also sets up the [HubSpot account](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot) those leads land in. We build the [reports that show what your ad spend brought back](https://pushanalytics.com/attribution), and we fix the handoffs that slow things down after the sale. You get one set of numbers, and one team to call when they look wrong. ## One HubSpot account for a growing apparel brand [Charlie Hustle](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/charlie-hustle), a Kansas City apparel brand, runs customer service, email, texts and reporting from one HubSpot account. Its customer lists now update themselves from order data. ## How we work - **A 30-minute call** (Day 1): You show us your setup and tell us what's bugging you. We tell you the first thing we'd fix, whether or not you hire us. - **A written scope** (After the call): If there's a fit, we send a scope with the work, the timeline and the price. For B2B companies, bigger or messier problems start with a Friction Point Analysis. That way we agree on what to fix before you commit to more. - **The work** (Weeks to months): A fixed project, like a HubSpot setup or a move off Salesforce. Or a monthly retainer for ads, email or HubSpot support. You get regular updates in plain English, with the numbers attached. - **A review against the numbers** (Every 90 days): We check the work against the numbers we agreed on at the start: leads, deals, orders, revenue or hours saved. From there, we decide together what comes next. ## Why we work this way Our co-founder gave a TEDx talk called [The Process of Creating a Process](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls_KUDXUGAM). It's about how the steps inside a business get built, and why it pays to build them on purpose. We still work that way. Before we add a tool, launch a campaign or turn on AI, we look at how work moves through your company today. The setup gets built around what we find. You can read more [about Push](https://pushanalytics.com/about) or see how the idea became the [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis). ## More client work - [A top Amazon FBA education program: A top Amazon selling course moved from group chats to one HubSpot system](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/online-education-program) - [First Stop Fashion: First Stop Fashion more than doubled its online sales in a year](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/first-stop-fashion) - [A commercial oven manufacturer: A commercial oven maker put its forgotten leads back in front of sales in just over 45 days](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/commercial-oven-manufacturer) ## Show us the numbers that don't add up. Book 30 minutes with us. Bring your CRM, your ad accounts or your store reports, and we'll find where they disagree with each other. [Book a 30-minute call](https://pushanalytics.com/contact) ## Frequently asked questions ### What happens after I send the form? You get an automatic confirmation email right away, and our team gets your details. We reply within one business day to schedule the 30-minute call, which happens over video. ### What happens on the first call? We spend 30 minutes on how you sell, where your leads come from and which systems you use. If you share your screen, we look at your CRM, ad accounts or sales reports together. You leave with at least one specific thing to fix, even if we never work together. ### What kinds of businesses do you work with? All kinds. Our clients include B2B companies with sales teams, online brands and service businesses. What they have in common is a growing number of leads or orders and a setup that can't keep up. You can see examples on our [industries](https://pushanalytics.com/industries) and [case studies](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies) pages. ### Do you work with companies outside New Jersey and New York? Yes. We're based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and New York, New York, and work with companies across the US. Most of the work happens over video, including the free first call. For HubSpot projects and process work with local teams in New Jersey and New York City, we also meet in person for training, interviews and team discussions. ### Do we need to use HubSpot to work with you? No. We can run your ads and email and do a [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) with whatever CRM you have. HubSpot is the CRM we set up and support, and we're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. If HubSpot would help, we'll explain why on the call. ### How do you measure whether ads are working? We judge ads on the deals or orders they bring in, using your own CRM or store numbers. We send those results back to Google, Meta and LinkedIn so the platforms learn what a good lead looks like. For online stores we also take out returns. [See how ad tracking works](https://pushanalytics.com/attribution). ### How long does a typical project take? Most projects take a few weeks to a few months. A HubSpot setup for one team with clean data can be done in a few weeks, and the initial analysis of a [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) takes 2 to 4 weeks. Ad campaigns for longer sales cycles often need a full quarter before you can judge them fairly. ### What is a Friction Point Analysis? It's our process audit for B2B companies, done in phases. It starts with a paid initial analysis, usually 2 to 4 weeks, where we follow recent leads, deals and orders from start to finish and hand you a ranked list of fixes. From there you can continue into ongoing monitoring, process improvement and team training. The initial analysis fee is credited toward any work you start with us within 60 days. [Read more about the Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis). ### What does a fractional COO do? A fractional COO is a part-time operations leader. Ours runs a weekly meeting on the numbers, owns a short list of priorities and makes sure the fixes get done. Our team builds the systems behind those fixes. [Read more about the fractional COO](https://pushanalytics.com/fractional-coo). ### Is Push Analytics a push-notification analytics tool? No. Push Analytics is a HubSpot and growth agency based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and New York, New York, and a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. We don't make push-notification or app analytics software. --- # A New Jersey team that makes your sales numbers add up URL: https://pushanalytics.com/about Summary: Push Analytics is a New Jersey team that sets up HubSpot, runs ads and fixes slow steps in sales and operations. See our co-founder's TEDx talk and how we work. We set up HubSpot and run ads for manufacturers, contractors and online brands, then fix the slow steps between the first click and the paid invoice. We work with companies across the United States. - Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner - 50,000+ new customers for Veiled Collection - TEDx talk by our co-founder on how processes get built ## What Push does Most companies we meet spend on ads and collect leads, but they can't tell which ones turned into money. Finding out means looking past the ad account, into the CRM, the store and sometimes the ERP. That's the work Push does. Today we do four things. We set up and support [HubSpot](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot). We run [Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads](https://pushanalytics.com/paid-ads) and [email](https://pushanalytics.com/email-marketing). We connect those to sales so you can see what spend brought back, through [ad tracking and reporting](https://pushanalytics.com/attribution). For B2B companies, we fix the processes around them through the [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) and our [fractional COO](https://pushanalytics.com/fractional-coo) work. For online stores, Data Driven Decisions Daily (D4) gives you daily updates, weekly reports and a weekly meeting, and our own tracking tools check ad results against your sales data. Most of our clients are [manufacturers](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/manufacturing), [construction companies](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/construction) and [online brands](https://pushanalytics.com/industries/ecommerce). They make, build or ship things and run on more than one system. They want one team to own the whole path from ad to invoice. Push Analytics is based in Saddle Brook, NJ, and New York, NY, and works with growing businesses across the US. ## Where our way of working comes from Our co-founder gave a TEDx talk called [The Process of Creating a Process](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls_KUDXUGAM). It's about how the steps inside a business get built, and why it pays to build them on purpose. We still run every project on that idea. We look at how work really moves before we change anything. We believe decisions should rest on numbers you can trust, and those numbers need to arrive in time to act on. A report is only useful if it shows up in time and you can trust the numbers in it. ## How we work with clients - We show you the data behind our decisions. If a number in a report can't be traced back to a source, we say so. - We report against your goals. That means quotes, orders, revenue and hours saved, in your own HubSpot or Shopify. - We split a big problem into smaller pieces. Each piece gets one owner and one number to watch. - We write things down. Every setup comes with notes your team can use after we're gone. - Even a short project should leave you with a clear finding or a result you can check. ## Where we fit in the HubSpot world Push is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, listed in [HubSpot's Solutions Directory](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/solutions/pushanalytics). We use HubSpot to run our own business too, so the advice we give comes from living with the tool every day. HubSpot does a lot, but it isn't an ERP, an estimating tool or a shop-floor system. When a client needs one of those, we connect HubSpot to it. We also write down which system owns each piece of data. Our guides on [connecting HubSpot to an ERP](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/connect-hubspot-to-erp) and [what to set up first for manufacturers](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/hubspot-for-manufacturers) explain how we think about it. ## Some of the work - [Veiled Collection: Veiled Collection went from pop-up shops to more than 50,000 new customers online](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/veiled-collection) - [A custom power systems manufacturer: A power systems manufacturer left Salesforce and now sells from one system tied to its ERP](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/power-systems-manufacturer) - [Photon Brothers: Photon Brothers saves about 10 hours a week by connecting HubSpot to its other systems](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/photon-brothers) - [Charlie Hustle: Charlie Hustle grew its Missouri customer list by more than 2,600%](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/charlie-hustle) ## Talk to the people who'd do the work The first call is a working session about your setup. Bring your HubSpot account, ad accounts or Shopify reports and we'll look at them together. [Book a 30-minute call](https://pushanalytics.com/contact) ## Frequently asked questions ### What does HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner mean? It's one of the top tiers in HubSpot's partner program. HubSpot gives it to partners based on how much HubSpot work they manage for clients. You can find Push in HubSpot's Solutions Directory and read about our [HubSpot services](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot). ### Where is Push Analytics based? In Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and New York, New York. Our team has been growing and optimizing businesses since 2013 and works with companies across the US. Most work happens over video, including the free first call. For local teams in New Jersey and New York City, we meet in person for training, interviews and team discussions, on HubSpot projects and on process improvement work. The process analysis itself is done remotely. ### Is Push Analytics a push-notification analytics product? No. Push Analytics is a HubSpot and growth agency, not a software product. We set up HubSpot, run ads and fix sales operations from Saddle Brook, NJ, and New York, NY. We don't make push-notification or app analytics tools. ### What kinds of companies do you work with? Mostly manufacturers, building products companies, distributors, contractors and Shopify brands. Most are growing companies whose sales, orders and systems don't line up yet. See our [industries](https://pushanalytics.com/industries) page for each one. ### Where does the Push way of working come from? Our co-founder gave a TEDx talk called The Process of Creating a Process, about how the steps inside a business get built. That thinking shapes our [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis). ### What does Push do besides ads? A lot of our work is HubSpot setup, moving data, connecting systems and fixing operations. We run ads and email too, and we measure both against the sales in your CRM or store. Our [fractional COO](https://pushanalytics.com/fractional-coo) work covers the operations side. ### How does working with you usually start? It starts with a free 30-minute call. If the problem is clear, we send a written scope and price. If it spans several teams or systems at a B2B company, we usually suggest a [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) first. --- # We start small and agree on the fix before we build anything URL: https://pushanalytics.com/how-we-work Summary: How Push Analytics scopes work: a free 30-minute call, the paid Friction Point Analysis, fixed-price projects, monthly retainers and a fractional COO. Every job starts with a free call. From there it might be a deep process analysis, a fixed project, a monthly retainer or a part-time operations leader. It depends on what the problem needs. ## Ways to work with us - **A free first call** (30 minutes): A free review of your setup. We look at your CRM, ad accounts or sales reports with you and name at least one thing to fix. Most people use it to decide whether bigger work makes sense. - **Friction Point Analysis** (Starts with 2 to 4 weeks): A deep look at how work moves in a B2B company, done in phases. It starts with a paid initial analysis. We follow a sample of leads, quotes and orders through your systems, interview the people who touch them and hand you a ranked list of fixes with a 90-day plan. From there it can continue into ongoing monitoring, process improvement and team training. The initial analysis fee is credited toward any work you start with us within 60 days. - **Projects** (Weeks to a few months): Work with a clear finish line, like a HubSpot setup, a move off Salesforce, a connection to your accounting system or store, a reporting build or a first AI agent. The scope and price are fixed and agreed before we start. - **Monthly retainers** (Month to month): Work that runs every month, like paid ads, Klaviyo or HubSpot email, or HubSpot admin and support. You get a set amount of work each month and a regular check-in on the numbers. Online stores get Data Driven Decisions Daily (D4), with daily updates, weekly reports and a weekly meeting, and results judged against targets we agree on at the start. - **Fractional COO** (Reviewed every 90 days): A part-time operations leader who runs a weekly numbers meeting and owns the fix list. Our team builds the fixes. It always starts with a Friction Point Analysis so both sides agree on the priorities. ## How do you set the scope? Scope comes from what we learn on the first call and, for bigger problems, from the Friction Point Analysis. We write down what we'll do, what we won't do, who on your side needs to be involved, and how we'll know it worked. You see all of that before you agree to anything. If a problem is small and clear, like a broken HubSpot form or an ad account with tracking gaps, we can scope it straight from the call. If it touches several systems or departments at a B2B company, we usually suggest the [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) first. A few weeks spent finding the right fix beats months spent building the wrong one. ## How do you set the price? The same name can cover very different jobs. A [HubSpot setup](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot) for one sales team with clean data is a different project from a migration with three teams, custom records and links to two other systems. So we price each piece of work after the 30-minute call, once we understand it. **For projects**, the price is fixed and based on the work involved. The main drivers are how many HubSpot hubs and teams are in scope, how much data needs to move and how messy it is, how many systems need to connect, and how much training your team needs. Our guide on [what a HubSpot implementation includes](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/hubspot-implementation-cost) explains these drivers in detail. **For retainers**, the monthly fee is based on how much work the account needs and how often we meet. For [paid ads](https://pushanalytics.com/paid-ads), that depends on the number of platforms and campaigns, how much creative we produce and how much reporting you need. For [email](https://pushanalytics.com/email-marketing), it depends on how many flows and campaigns we build each month. **For the Friction Point Analysis**, each phase is quoted after we talk, based on how many systems and teams are involved. The analysis is done remotely. The initial analysis fee is credited toward any work you start with us within 60 days. **For the fractional COO**, the fee depends on how much of the operator's time you need each month and how much building our team does alongside. ## Which one fits? ### Start with a project or retainer if - You already know what needs to change, like moving off Salesforce or launching Google Ads. - The work sits mostly in one system or one team. - You have someone inside who can make decisions quickly. ### Start with the Friction Point Analysis if - Several teams point at each other when a lead or order goes wrong. - You've bought tools that didn't fix the problem. - You're not sure whether you need a better CRM, better ads or a better process. ## How our engagements compare Every engagement on this page runs the same way. This is how that compares with a typical agency setup. - **Scope**. A typical agency: Looks at the channel they run. Push Analytics: Looks at the business as a system (marketing, sales, operations and data) and digs into the fundamentals of the business. - **Tracking**. A typical agency: Relies on GA4 and the ad platforms' own numbers. Push Analytics: Our own tracking tools, so we don't rely on GA4 or ad platform numbers alone. We check results against your sales data. - **How results are judged**. A typical agency: Clicks, leads and platform ROAS. Push Analytics: The full set of business fundamentals, measured against targets we agree on with you at the start. - **One team**. A typical agency: Separate vendors for ads, CRM and operations. Push Analytics: One team across ads, CRM and operations. Every agency is different; this is how we work. ## What stays the same in every engagement - A written scope with the work, the timeline and the price before anything starts. - Clear measures agreed up front, like quotes, orders, revenue or hours saved. - Short written updates that show what moved and what it's based on. - Notes and documentation for anything we build, so your team can run it after we leave. - The Friction Point Analysis report is yours, whether or not you hire us for the fixes. ## See the kind of work this leads to - [A custom power systems manufacturer: A power systems manufacturer left Salesforce and now sells from one system tied to its ERP](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/power-systems-manufacturer) - [A commercial oven manufacturer: A commercial oven maker put its forgotten leads back in front of sales in just over 45 days](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/commercial-oven-manufacturer) - [Charlie Hustle: Charlie Hustle grew its Missouri customer list by more than 2,600%](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/charlie-hustle) ## Start with a 30-minute call Thirty minutes is enough to tell whether you need a quick fix, a project or a deeper look. [Book a 30-minute call](https://pushanalytics.com/contact) ## Frequently asked questions ### How do you price your work? Projects get a fixed price, and monthly work gets a set monthly fee. The price depends on how many teams, systems and records are involved. You get it in writing before any work starts. Our [HubSpot cost guide](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/hubspot-implementation-cost) explains the main cost drivers. ### What do I need to have ready before we start? You need one person on your side who can make decisions and answer questions each week. We'll also ask for access to the systems in scope and some time with the people who use them. Clean data helps, but we can clean it as part of the work. ### How does the Friction Point Analysis credit work? If you start any paid work with us within 60 days of the readout, the full initial analysis fee is credited toward it. The initial analysis usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, and its fee is agreed up front. ### Do we have to start with a Friction Point Analysis? No. If the problem is clear, like a broken form or an ad account with tracking gaps, we scope it straight from the call. We suggest the analysis when a problem spans several teams or systems. A fractional COO engagement always starts with one. For online stores, we use Data Driven Decisions Daily (D4) in its place. That means daily updates, a weekly meeting and day-to-day access to the team doing the work. ### Can one team handle our HubSpot, ads and email? Yes, and many problems need more than one. A HubSpot setup often comes with ad tracking, so leads from your ads land in the right place. We scope the pieces together in one plan. ### What if the work turns out bigger than planned? We tell you as soon as we see it and explain why. Any change is agreed in writing before we do extra work, so there's no surprise bill. ### How will we know the work is paying off? We agree on the measures before work starts, like quotes, orders, revenue or hours saved. Each update says what changed and shows the figures behind it. --- # Everything we do, grouped by the problem it fixes URL: https://pushanalytics.com/services Summary: Every Push Analytics service in one place, from HubSpot setup and migrations to paid ads, email, AI agents and operations work for product companies. Most clients come to us for one thing, like a HubSpot setup or better ads. Here is every service we offer, with one line on what each one does. ## Where should you start? Push Analytics helps manufacturers, distributors, contractors and online brands grow without piling on busywork. Our work falls into four groups. We set up and run [HubSpot](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot), the CRM where your leads, deals and customer history live. We run [paid ads](https://pushanalytics.com/paid-ads) on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and the shopping channels, and we tie every dollar to a sale. We build [AI agents and workflows](https://pushanalytics.com/ai) that take reading and typing off your team. And we fix the processes behind it all, from quote follow-up to the report you read on Monday morning. The groups below follow that split. Each card says in one line what the service does, so you can skip what you don't need. Pages that compare HubSpot with other tools, and pages about moving your data into HubSpot, sit with the HubSpot work because that is where those questions come from. If you aren't sure where to begin, start with a free 30-minute call. We'll look at your setup with you and name at least one thing to fix. If the problem runs deeper, the [Friction Point Analysis](https://pushanalytics.com/friction-point-analysis) digs into it in phases. It starts with a paid initial analysis, usually 2 to 4 weeks, and can continue into monitoring, process improvement and team training. The initial analysis fee is credited toward any work you start with us within 60 days. --- # HubSpot next to the other tools owners ask us about URL: https://pushanalytics.com/compare Summary: Side-by-side comparisons of HubSpot with Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Klaviyo, from a HubSpot partner who says when another tool is the better pick for you. Plain side-by-side looks at HubSpot and the CRM and email tools that come up on our calls, including the cases where we'd tell you to pick the other one. ## How should you read these comparisons? Push Analytics is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, so you should expect us to like HubSpot. We do. We also see why companies leave it, and we have moved teams onto HubSpot from other tools. Each page below says where the other tool wins, and when we'd tell you to stay where you are. Every comparison covers the same ground. We look at team size, the admin work each tool needs, how well it connects to your ERP or Shopify store, what the AI features really do today and what you'll pay once you add the seats and add-ons you need. Most owners who reach these pages have a CRM that isn't working for them. Sometimes the tool is the problem. Often it's the setup, and a cleanup is a smaller job than a move. The [HubSpot alternatives](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot-alternatives) page explains how to tell the two apart. If you've already picked HubSpot, our [migration pages](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot/migrations) show how the move works. If you're still deciding, bring your shortlist to a free 30-minute call and we'll give you a straight answer. --- # HubSpot migration from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive or spreadsheets URL: https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot/migrations Summary: Move to HubSpot from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive or spreadsheets. We map every field, test on a copy of your data and switch over on a quiet day. We move CRMs to HubSpot as a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, with a signed field map, a test run on a copy of your data, a quiet-day switchover and training by role. Pick the system you are leaving below to see what moves and what has to be rebuilt. ## How do you choose a migration path? Start with the system you are leaving, because that sets most of the work. A move from [Salesforce](https://pushanalytics.com/salesforce-to-hubspot-migration) or [Dynamics 365](https://pushanalytics.com/dynamics-to-hubspot-migration) usually carries custom objects, years of activity history and automations that need rebuilding. A move from [Zoho](https://pushanalytics.com/zoho-to-hubspot-migration) depends on which other Zoho apps stay connected. [Pipedrive](https://pushanalytics.com/pipedrive-to-hubspot-migration) moves turn on export rules and merging pipelines, and [spreadsheet](https://pushanalytics.com/spreadsheets-to-hubspot) moves on cleanup. The second choice is how the data travels. HubSpot's Smart Transfer tool handles standard records for several of these systems. Custom objects go through HubSpot's API, and automations and reports get rebuilt by hand. The third choice is timing. Most teams switch in one planned cutover after a full test. Teams whose accounting or support apps can't stop sometimes run HubSpot next to the old system and switch once everything checks out. Still deciding? Our [comparison pages](https://pushanalytics.com/compare) show where HubSpot fits. Ready to plan? The [Salesforce to HubSpot migration checklist](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/salesforce-to-hubspot-migration-checklist) lists what to gather, and most of it applies to any starting system. ## What moves to HubSpot, and what doesn't? ### Comes across as data - Contacts, companies and deals, with their owners, stages and amounts - Leads, as contacts or HubSpot leads, marked so you can tell them apart - Calls, meetings, tasks and notes on each record's timeline, and products on deals as line items - Support cases, as tickets linked to the right company and contact - Attachments and files, in a separate pass after the main records - Custom objects, on HubSpot Enterprise, loaded through HubSpot's API ### Gets rebuilt or archived - Automations and approval rules, rebuilt as [HubSpot workflows](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot/workflows) - Reports and dashboards, rebuilt from the list your managers actually open - Formula fields, rebuilt as calculated properties - Page layouts and record types, rebuilt as pipelines, views and property groups - Roles and visibility rules, rebuilt as HubSpot teams and permissions - Field history and old email that has no place to land, kept in an archive export ## What doesn't move on its own? Records and their history move as data, but the logic built on top of them has to be rebuilt. No tool turns a Salesforce Flow, a Dynamics plug-in, a Zoho script or a Pipedrive automation into a HubSpot workflow, so each one gets listed, checked and rebuilt by hand. It is also the moment to drop the ones that stopped mattering. Reports work the same way. We rebuild the ones your managers open every week in [HubSpot reporting](https://pushanalytics.com/hubspot/reporting-dashboards) and leave the rest. Some data needs its own plan, like files stored inside Dynamics notes or email that Zoho's backup leaves out. Each system page covers these, and we settle them during the audit. ## How a Push migration runs Every move follows the same five steps, whatever system you are leaving. We never skip the test run. ### Stage 1, Audit: List what you have today We list every object, field, automation, report and connected app in the old system, and how full each field is. We pull fill rates, find duplicate fields, check which automations still run and note every tool that reads from or writes to the old CRM, like web forms, phones, accounting or an ERP. You get: An inventory of what moves, what gets rebuilt and what stays behind. ### Stage 2, Field mapping: Give every field a home in HubSpot Each field gets a HubSpot property, an association, or a note saying it stays behind. You sign off before any data moves. Dropdown values get matched one by one, and owners get matched to HubSpot users. Lookups become associations. We also add the lifecycle stage and lead source fields HubSpot reports need. You get: A field map you can read, with every decision written down. ### Stage 3, Test migration: Run the whole move on a copy We move all of your data into a HubSpot test account and compare it with the old system. We compare record counts object by object, check that files open, and have your team click through accounts they know well. We fix the map and run it again until the counts match. You get: A test report with counts, gaps and fixes. ### Stage 4, Cutover: Switch over on a quiet day We take a full backup, freeze the old system, run the final move and point forms, phones and connected tools at HubSpot. The freeze covers only the final run, planned for your quietest window. Anything entered during testing comes over in that run. The old system stays readable so anyone can look things up. You get: Your team working in HubSpot the next morning, with the backup kept with you. ### Stage 5, Training: Train each role on its own records Short sessions for reps, managers and admins, using your pipeline and your customers. Reps learn their daily views and tasks. Managers learn the dashboards that replaced their old reports. Admins learn how to change properties and workflows without breaking anything. You get: A team that uses HubSpot daily, plus written admin notes. ## What decides how long a migration takes? We don't quote a timeline before the audit, because the same system can mean a small move for one company and a large one for the next. These set it. **How much logic needs rebuilding.** Records load quickly. Automations, approval rules and custom scripts each need to be rebuilt and tested, so a heavily automated account takes longer than a large but simple one. **Custom objects and connected systems.** Every custom object needs its own design in HubSpot, and every connected tool, like an ERP or accounting app, needs to be reconnected and tested. Our [ERP guide](https://pushanalytics.com/guides/connect-hubspot-to-erp) covers that part. **History and data quality.** Years of activity, stored files and old email each add a pass, and messy data makes mapping take longer. **Your team's time.** Someone signs off on the field map and checks records in the test run. Moves go fastest when that person has time set aside. Check your renewal date on the old system early, so the switch lands before it. A [power systems manufacturer](https://pushanalytics.com/case-studies/power-systems-manufacturer) that left Salesforce with us followed this same plan, with its ERP kept in sync through the move. ## Frequently asked questions ### Which systems can you move to HubSpot? We have pages for moves from [Salesforce](https://pushanalytics.com/salesforce-to-hubspot-migration), [Dynamics 365](https://pushanalytics.com/dynamics-to-hubspot-migration), [Zoho](https://pushanalytics.com/zoho-to-hubspot-migration), [Pipedrive](https://pushanalytics.com/pipedrive-to-hubspot-migration) and [spreadsheets](https://pushanalytics.com/spreadsheets-to-hubspot). For another CRM, bring a sample export to the first call and we'll tell you what it would take. ### Can our team keep selling in the old CRM during the move? Yes. Your team works in the old system through the audit, mapping and test run. Only the final move needs a freeze, and we plan it for an evening or weekend. Anything added during testing comes over in the final run. ### Can HubSpot's own import tools handle a migration? They handle part of it. HubSpot's Smart Transfer and import tools move standard records well, and we use them where they fit. Custom objects, automations and reports need HubSpot's API or a rebuild. ### Does every migration need HubSpot Enterprise? No. Enterprise matters when your old system has custom objects with live data, because HubSpot custom objects need an Enterprise plan. If your data fits in contacts, companies, deals and tickets, the move itself doesn't need Enterprise. The audit shows which plan your data needs before you buy. ### Should we clean up our data before we migrate? We clean it as part of the move, so you don't need a separate project first. During mapping we drop empty fields and merge duplicate ones, and duplicate records get merged before the final run. ### What happens to the old CRM after the switch? It stays readable, so anyone can look up an old record while the team settles in. You also keep a full export with files. Most teams cancel the old system after a full sales cycle in HubSpot.
