Let's look at your setup together
The first call is a free 30-minute video call. Tell us about your business and what's getting in the way. You get an automatic confirmation email right away, and we reply within one business day to schedule the call.
Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.
What happens after you send the form
- Within one business day
You get a confirmation, and we reply
You get an automatic confirmation email right away, and our team gets your details. Someone reads your note and replies within one business day to schedule the 30-minute video call. If something in your message tells us we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
- Before the call
We look before we talk
If you shared your website, we look at it before the call. That way the 30 minutes go to your problem instead of introductions.
- On the call
The call
We ask how you sell, where leads come from and which systems you use. If you can share your screen, we look at your HubSpot, ad accounts or Shopify reports together. You leave with at least one specific thing to fix.
- After the call
A written scope, if it makes sense
If there's a fit, we send a short scope with the work, the timeline and the price. There's no pressure to sign, and the advice from the call is yours either way.
Useful things to have ready
- Access to your HubSpot account, or a few screenshots of your deal stages and reports.
- Your Google, Meta or LinkedIn ad account, if ads are part of the question.
- Your Shopify analytics, if you run an online store.
- One or two examples of a lead, quote or order that went wrong recently.
Not ready for a call yet?
Read our guides first. They answer the questions we hear most, like what a HubSpot implementation includes and how to connect HubSpot to your ERP.
You can also see the services in detail: HubSpot, paid ads, email marketing, the Friction Point Analysis and the fractional COO. Or read how we work to see how engagements are scoped and priced.
Prefer email? Write to hello@pushanalytics.com or call (973) 281-4555. Push Analytics is based in Saddle Brook, NJ, and New York, NY, and has been growing and optimizing businesses since 2013. The first call is over video, so it works wherever you are.
Questions owners ask us first
What should I bring to the call?
Bring one or two recent examples of a lead, quote or order that went wrong. If you can, have your HubSpot, ad accounts or Shopify open so you can share your screen. A rough list of the tools you use helps too.
Who will I talk to?
You'll talk with someone on the Push team who works on HubSpot, ads and operations projects. It's a working session on your setup, with no slides.
Is the call in person or over video?
Always over video, so you can share your screen. Later, if we work together on a HubSpot project or process work and your team is in New Jersey or New York City, we can meet in person for training, interviews and team discussions.
Do I need to give you access to our accounts?
No. Screen sharing is enough for the call, and you stay in control. If we work together later, we ask only for the access the work needs.
What kinds of problems can we bring to the call?
Anything where leads, quotes or orders get stuck. Common ones are a messy HubSpot account, ads you can't tie to sales, email that isn't bringing customers back, and systems that don't share data. If it's outside what we do, we'll say so.
What happens after the call?
If there's a fit, we send a written scope with the work, the timeline and the price. Nothing starts until you agree to it. If there isn't a fit, you still keep the advice from the call.
