HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner

A HubSpot Platinum partner that sets HubSpot up around the way your team sells

Push Analytics is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. We set up HubSpot, move your data out of Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive or spreadsheets, and connect it to your accounting system, ERP, online store or other tools. Your team is trained on the setup before we hand it over.

Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.

The problems we see

Where HubSpot setups usually go wrong

Most HubSpot accounts we're asked to fix have the same four problems. They come from how the account was set up, and they can be fixed.

The deal stages don't match how you sell

The default stages were left in place, or someone copied a template from a software company. Reps skip stages or track where deals stand in a spreadsheet, so the forecast means nothing.

The data came in dirty

Contacts were imported without matching them to companies. Duplicates pile up, the same customer shows up three times, and the team doesn't trust the lists enough to email them.

HubSpot can't see orders

Orders, invoices and inventory live in the ERP or in Shopify. Sales has to ask accounting what a customer bought last year, and marketing can't tell which campaigns led to revenue.

It has no owner after launch

The person who set it up left. New properties get added with no naming rules, workflows fire in the wrong order, and the reports slowly drift away from reality.

What does HubSpot setup and onboarding include?

A HubSpot setup turns an empty account into the system your team runs the business on. We learn how you sell before we touch a setting in HubSpot. Before we build anything, we sit with your sales, marketing and service leads. We walk through a few recent deals from first contact to signed order. That tells us what the deal stages should be, which fields matter, who owns each step and where the handoffs happen.

With that agreed, we build it. We set up users and permissions, the fields you need on contacts, companies and deals, and deal stages that match how you sell. We add lead routing so new leads reach the right rep, plus your website forms, email templates and sequences. Last come the automations that move records along and the dashboards your managers will check every Monday.

We set up Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Content Hub, alone or together. A manufacturer might need Sales Hub with a quoting process. A professional services firm might need a pipeline for proposals and renewals. An online brand might need Marketing Hub tied to its store. The setup follows the business.

The last part is training. We train each team on the parts of HubSpot they'll use, with their own data, and we record the sessions so new hires can catch up later. You also get written notes on how the account is set up, so the next admin doesn't have to guess.

How it works

How a HubSpot setup runs

  1. Week 1

    Map how you sell

Working sessions with each team to trace recent deals, list the systems involved and agree on what a good result looks like.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Build the foundation

Fields, deal stages, users, permissions, lead routing and data cleanup rules. Nothing gets imported until this is right.

  3. Weeks 3 to 5

    Move data and connect systems

Import and clean your records, then connect HubSpot to your accounting system, ERP, store, ad accounts or other tools.

  4. Weeks 4 to 6

    Automate and report

Workflows, sequences, forms and the dashboards each team needs. We test them against your records before switching them on.

  5. Final week

    Train and hand over

Training for each role, recorded sessions, written notes and support after launch while your team settles in.

How we handle HubSpot differently

A CRM only pays off when it matches how your team sells. This is how our HubSpot work compares with a typical agency.

How do you move from Salesforce to HubSpot?

A CRM migration is mostly a data project. The tools that copy records from one system to another work fine. The hard part is deciding what to bring, cleaning it on the way, and making sure nothing important gets lost. We do the planning before anyone presses import.

For a Salesforce migration, we start with an inventory of what's in your org. That means standard objects like leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and cases, any custom objects, the fields on each one, the record types, and the automations that run on them. Salesforce and HubSpot organize some things differently. Salesforce keeps leads and contacts as separate objects, for example, while HubSpot uses one contact record with a lifecycle stage. We write a field map that shows where every piece of data lands, and we agree with you on what doesn't need to come across.

Next we clean. We merge duplicates, fix broken company links, standardize values like states and industries, and archive records untouched for years. A test migration follows, with a sample of your data. We check it with your team, fix what's wrong and run it again. Only then do we move everything, including notes, tasks, emails, attachments and deal history where the tools allow it.

We also rebuild the automations. Salesforce flows and process rules don't transfer on their own, so we recreate the ones you still need as HubSpot workflows, and we use the move as a chance to drop the ones no one remembers building.

We've done this for a client that ran sales on Salesforce, spreadsheets and manual steps. We moved it to HubSpot and built a sales process connected to its back-office system. Salesforce was retired, and the team got hours back every week.

We migrate from other systems too, including Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, older CRMs and plain spreadsheets. The steps are the same. Our Salesforce to HubSpot migration checklist lays out each one.

Can HubSpot connect to the other systems we use?

Yes, and for most of our clients this is the part that matters most. HubSpot is where sales and marketing work. Your accounting system or ERP is where orders, invoices, pricing and inventory live. Your online store is where web orders happen. When those systems can't see each other, people copy data by hand and the reports disagree.

Connecting them starts with a decision about who owns what. We write sync rules that say which system is the source of truth for each piece of data. The back-office system usually owns customer account numbers, credit terms, prices and order history. HubSpot usually owns contacts, marketing consent, deal stages and activity. Without those rules, two systems overwrite each other, and the problem stays hidden until a customer gets the wrong price.

Next comes how to connect. HubSpot's App Marketplace has ready-made connectors for many accounting systems, ERPs and online stores. Sometimes those cover what you need. When they don't, we use a middleware tool or build a custom connection through HubSpot's API. We pick the simplest option that will hold up, and we document it with a diagram of what moves where and how often.

Photon Brothers kept design, inventory and finance data in separate systems. We connected them around HubSpot so the data moves on its own, which saves the team about 10 hours of data entry a week.

For companies with an ERP or accounting system, a typical connection brings order history, open quotes and account status into HubSpot, so reps can see what a customer bought and marketing can build lists from past purchases. Our guide on how to connect HubSpot to your ERP walks through the options.

For companies that sell online, a Shopify connection brings customers, orders and products into HubSpot. That helps when you also sell through reps, run a service team or want one view of every buyer. If your store runs email in Klaviyo, we make sure the two tools don't fight over the same customers. See our email marketing work for how we split the jobs.

We also connect HubSpot to ad platforms, so Google, Meta and LinkedIn learn which leads became customers. That's covered on our ad tracking and reporting page.

Our integration process

We map it with you before we connect anything

Most integrations fail because no one agreed how work should flow, or which system is right when two disagree. So we work through it with you, step by step, and your team signs off before we build anything.

Audit

Stage 1: Audit how work moves today

We sit with each team and follow recent deals, orders and customers through every system you use.

We spend time with marketing, sales, service and finance, and follow a few customers from first contact to paid invoice. We note every place someone types the same thing twice or waits on another team for an answer. You come away with a map of how work moves today, in your team's own words.

You get A map of today's process, with double entry and gaps marked.

Design

Stage 2: Design the flow you want

Together we decide what should happen at each handoff, from a new lead to a won deal to a delivered order.

We walk your team leads through each handoff and agree what should happen there, and who owns it. The leads for each team and the person who runs your other system all take part. You get one simple flow that everyone has agreed to before anyone touches a system.

You get An agreed flow for how work should move.

Decide

Stage 3: Set the source of truth

We help you pick which system owns each record and which few records move between them.

We go through each record, such as companies, contacts, products, prices and orders, and agree which system is the source of truth for it. The owners of each system make the calls, and we bring what we have seen work at other companies. You get a record ownership list like the one below, plus the short list of records that move between systems.

You get A record ownership list, like the one below.

Scope

Stage 4: Write the exact steps

You sign off on every field, trigger and sync direction before we build.

We write down every field that moves, what makes each sync run, and which way it goes. Your HubSpot admin and the owner of the other system review it line by line and sign off. You get a written spec and a fixed scope, so everyone knows exactly what will be built.

You get A written integration spec and a fixed scope.

Launch

Stage 5: Build, test and train

We build the connection, test it on live records, then train each team on what changes in their day.

We build the connection and test it on live records before anyone relies on it. After that, we train each team on what changes in their day, starting with the people who use it most. You get a working connection and a team that trusts the data in it.

You get A live integration your team knows how to use.

CRM

HubSpot (CRM) governs

  • Leads and contacts
  • Companies and buying roles
  • Deals and quotes in progress
  • Marketing and email activity
  • Sales tasks and follow-ups
  • Service tickets

Shared, synced one way

  • Customer account, once created ERP to CRM
  • Order history and status ERP to CRM
  • Won quote becomes a sales order CRM to ERP
  • Contact details CRM to ERP
ERP

ERP or back-office system governs

  • Products and services
  • Pricing and price lists
  • Inventory and availability
  • Orders and invoices
  • Fulfillment and delivery
  • Credit terms and payments
Getting this list wrong is how duplicate customers, wrong prices and double entry start. That is why we settle it with you before we build.

How do you keep marketing, sales and service on the same numbers?

RevOps is short for revenue operations. It's the work that keeps marketing, sales and service on the same data and the same process. In plain terms, a lead should move from the first form fill to a signed order without falling through a crack. And everyone should agree on the numbers along the way.

In HubSpot, that means lifecycle stages everyone uses the same way and lead scoring that sales trusts. It means routing rules that get new leads to a rep fast. It means clear handoffs from marketing to sales and from sales to service. And it means data rules that stop duplicates and junk from creeping back in.

We do this as part of a setup or as ongoing support after launch. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer where we handle admin, new workflows, report changes, integration fixes and new HubSpot features as they roll out, including HubSpot's AI agents. It suits companies that need HubSpot looked after but don't need a full-time admin.

What reports will we get?

Reports are where a good setup pays off. Once the data is clean and the systems are connected, HubSpot can answer questions that used to take a spreadsheet and a free afternoon.

We build dashboards for each audience. Owners and leadership see revenue by source, the sales forecast and how long deals take to close. Sales managers see deals by stage and rep, deals that have gone quiet and win rates. Marketing sees which campaigns and channels bring leads that become customers. Service sees ticket volume and response times.

For companies running ads, we connect spend to results so you can see what each channel brought back in deals or orders. If you want to go deeper on that, our ad tracking and reporting service builds a single view across ad platforms, HubSpot and Shopify.

FAQ

HubSpot questions

How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?

The cost depends on how many hubs and teams you set up, how much data moves and how messy it is, and how many systems need to connect. We give you a fixed price in writing after the first call. Our guide on HubSpot implementation cost breaks down each driver, including HubSpot's own fees.

How long does a HubSpot setup take?

A single hub for one team with clean data usually takes a few weeks. Several hubs, a data move and an ERP connection can take a few months. You get a timeline in the written scope, and we don't import data until the foundation is right.

Do we need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise?

Most teams can run on Professional, which covers workflows, sequences and solid reporting. You need Enterprise for custom records, like a Project or Subscription record. We check what you need before you buy and tell you if a cheaper plan covers it.

Will my sales team actually use it?

They will if it saves them time. We build deal stages that match how your team sells, keep required fields short and train each team on its own data. For one client, eleven short training videos keep every rep on the same process.

Can we move our old CRM data into HubSpot?

Yes. We move data from Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Dynamics or spreadsheets and clean it on the way. We run a test move first and check it with your team before moving everything. See the migration checklist.

Can HubSpot connect to our ERP?

Yes, in most cases. HubSpot's App Marketplace has connectors for NetSuite, Business Central and other ERPs, and we use middleware or HubSpot's API when those don't fit. We start by writing down which system owns each piece of data. Read how to connect HubSpot to your ERP.

What if our HubSpot account is already a mess?

We start with an audit, then fix the foundation before adding anything new. For another client, the audit surfaced leads that had slipped through. All of them were back with sales in just over 45 days.

What happens after HubSpot goes live?

Your team gets recorded training and written notes on how the account is set up. Many clients then keep us on a monthly plan for admin, new workflows, reports and integration fixes. See how monthly work runs.

Get a scope, a timeline and a price

On the call we'll look at your current setup, or your plans for one, and tell you what we'd do first. If there's a fit, you get a written scope with a fixed price.
