AI agents

AI agents for sales and customer service, set up on HubSpot data you can trust

We set up HubSpot's AI agents (the Customer Agent, Prospecting Agent and Data Agent) and build custom agents for the jobs they can't do, on CRM data we clean first. A person on your team approves anything that reaches a customer.

Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.

Why does clean data come first?

An AI agent is only as good as what it reads. If your CRM has duplicate contacts, stale deals and a knowledge base left untouched for two years, an agent will give confident answers that are wrong.

Every AI project starts with the data underneath it. We check the CRM records, the help articles and the product details the agent will use, and fix what's broken. When we audited one client's HubSpot account, we found leads that had never been contacted. An agent working from that CRM would have missed them too.

What can a custom agent do?

A custom agent handles one job that eats your team's time and follows clear rules. A manufacturer might want one that reads quote requests, checks the customer's history in HubSpot and drafts a reply for a rep to approve. A professional services firm might want one that sorts new inquiries and sends each to the right person. An online brand might want one that sorts customer emails into returns and order questions.

We keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would cost money or a customer. The agent drafts, sorts and fills in fields. A person approves anything that goes out the door. Over time, as the agent proves itself on a task, you can decide to give it more room.

How it works

How an AI project runs

  1. Week 1

    See where you stand

We look at the jobs an agent could take on and check how clean the CRM records, help articles and product details behind it are.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Fix the foundation

Data cleanup in HubSpot and knowledge base updates, so the agent reads accurate records.

  3. Weeks 4 to 8

    Pilot one agent

A single Breeze or custom agent with one team, and a person approving what it sends.

  4. Monthly

    Measure and expand

We compare the before and after, like conversations resolved or hours saved, and decide together what to do next.

FAQ

AI agents questions

Which HubSpot AI agent should we start with?

Start with the Customer Agent if you have a solid help center, or the Data Agent if your CRM is messy. We recommend one after we look at your data.

How much do HubSpot AI agents cost?

HubSpot charges for most agents with credits based on how much they run, and some need a paid plan. We check your plan and estimate usage before scoping, so the bill doesn't surprise you.

Will an AI agent replace our staff?

Usually not. Agents work best on repeat tasks like answering common questions or researching leads. A person still approves anything that goes out to a customer.

Do we need HubSpot for AI agent work?

For agents, yes, because we build them on HubSpot. If you don't run HubSpot yet, we can set it up first. See our HubSpot services.

Can an agent work with systems outside HubSpot?

HubSpot's own agents work mainly from your CRM records, help articles and website. When an agent needs your ERP, inventory or order system, we build a custom agent that reads those systems and writes back to HubSpot, with a person approving changes.

On the call we'll talk through the job you want an agent to do and look at whether your HubSpot data is ready for it.
