A pet marketing agency for food, treat and supply brands that sell online
Owners buy for a pet with a name, an age and a size. We use those details to time reorders, choose the right ads and turn a first bag into a standing order.
Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.
Why pet brands lose the second order
We haven't published a pet case study yet. This list comes from how owners buy food and supplies.
Big stores make reordering easy
Large pet retailers offer autoship and fast delivery on everything. A direct brand needs its own reason for owners to come back.
You don't know the pet
A puppy, a senior cat and a large working dog need different products. Generic emails treat them all the same.
Food switches take time
Owners change foods slowly, and vets often advise mixing old and new over days. A big first bag feels like a risk.
Health claims have limits
Treats and supplements that claim to fix a health problem can cross into drug territory, and some ingredients are off limits in ads.

Ad tracking and reportingHow do you time a reorder for pet food?
From the pet, then from the orders. A large bag lasts a big dog far less time than a small one. If you know the pet's weight and the bag size, the feeding guide on your label gives a good first guess at when food runs out. The reminder goes out a few days before that.
Over time, your Shopify orders give a better answer. We look at how long customers really take between orders for each product and size, then adjust the timing. Treats and chews run out on their own schedule, often faster than food, and they make a good add-on to the main order.
Autoship is the goal for most food and litter brands, but it isn't free. The discount cuts your margin, and heavy bags cost a lot to ship. We check that each autoship order still makes money. We also make it easy to skip a delivery or push it back, because a customer who can skip is less likely to cancel.
What can pet brands say in ads?
Less than many founders expect. In the US, pet food is regulated by the FDA and by state feed laws. A product that claims to treat or prevent a disease can be treated as a drug. That includes treats and supplements sold for joint pain, anxiety or skin problems.
The ad platforms add their own rules. Meta doesn't allow ads that sell live animals. Ads for CBD products, including ones for pets, are tightly restricted on both Meta and Google.
We write pet ads around what owners see and love. Think energy at playtime, a shiny coat, a dog that finally eats its dinner, and what's in the bag and where it comes from. Anything that sounds like a health claim goes to your legal team before it runs.

Pet products questions
How do you collect pet details without annoying customers?
Ask one or two questions at sign-up or right after the first order, like the pet's name and size. Offer something in return, such as a birthday treat. Most owners like talking about their pets.
Should a pet food brand offer an autoship discount?
Usually a small one, as long as each order still makes money after shipping. Easy skip and pause options keep more subscribers than a bigger discount does.
Can we advertise pet supplements on Meta?
Yes, with care. Avoid claims that the product treats or prevents a health problem, and keep CBD out of your ads. Your legal team should review anything that sounds medical.
Do pet birthday emails help sales?
They give you a reason to email that isn't a sale, and owners tend to open them. We test them against your other flows and keep them if they earn their place.
Is TikTok worth testing for pet products?
For many pet brands, yes. Pets do well in short video. We give it its own budget and an end date, then judge it on buyers who come back for a second bag.
What should happen when a customer's pet dies?
Give owners an easy way to tell you, through a link in your emails or a note to your service team. Then stop birthday and reorder emails for that pet right away. A short, kind note signed by someone on your team is the right touch.
