Google Ads agency

A Google Ads agency that teaches Google which leads turn into sales

Push Analytics is a Google Ads agency in New Jersey. Google bids for whatever you tell it to count, and most accounts count every form fill, so Google keeps buying spam. We send it your qualified leads, won deals and orders from HubSpot or Shopify instead, so it bids on the searches that turn into revenue.

Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.

How is Google Ads different for a lead-driven business and an online store?

If your sales start with a call, a form or a quote, Google Ads catches the people searching for what you offer, then hands them to your team. If you sell online, it puts products in front of shoppers who are ready to buy today. So each needs a different setup and a different number to judge it on.

A lead-driven buyer might search once, read a page or two and reach out weeks later from a different device. One lead like that can be worth more than a month of spend. So we keep keyword lists tight and block the searches that waste money. Landing pages answer the questions buyers ask. And HubSpot tells Google which clicks became qualified leads and closed deals.

An online store lives on volume and margin. Shopping ads and Performance Max carry most of its sales, and the product feed matters more than any bid. That work has its own pages: Google Shopping and Performance Max. This page is mostly about search ads that bring in leads, calls and sales.

What we set up for each kind of business

Lead-driven and service businesses

  • Search campaigns built on the exact terms buyers use, plus "near me" terms where location matters
  • Negative keyword lists that block job seekers, students and DIY searches
  • Call tracking, so a sales inquiry counts and a wrong number doesn't
  • Lifecycle stages from HubSpot sent back to Google Ads, all the way to customer
  • Location targeting that matches the area you really serve

Online stores

  • Search ads for product and category terms, like "linen midi dress" or "same-day flower delivery"
  • A brand search campaign kept apart, so you can see what the rest adds
  • Order IDs sent with every sale, so refunds can be taken back out of Google
  • Shopping and Performance Max, run the way our Google Shopping page explains

How do Google Ads results get back to HubSpot?

When a lead fills in a form, HubSpot records the contact. When sales marks that contact as qualified, or as a customer, HubSpot can send that change back to Google Ads (HubSpot). Google matches it to the ad click using a scrambled copy of the lead's email. Google calls this enhanced conversions for leads (Google Ads Help).

Once that link is live, we change what Google bids for. A lead that sales qualifies becomes worth far more to Google than a plain form fill, and a new customer is worth the most. Over a few weeks, bidding shifts toward the searches that bring in work and away from the ones that bring in spam. Our ad tracking and reporting page goes deeper on the setup.

How do you track phone calls from Google Ads?

Many service businesses get most leads by phone, so calls have to count. Google Ads can track calls from the ad itself and calls to the number on your website. You pick a minimum call length, and only calls that last that long count (Google Ads Help). We set it long enough that hang-ups and wrong numbers drop out.

The ads also match how you work. Ads only show inside the area you serve. If the phones go unanswered after 5 p.m., the ads can stop then too. If you use a call tracking tool, we tie each call to a deal or booking in your CRM. That shows which searches brought in paying work.

How it works

The first month on a new Google Ads account

  1. Week 1

    Check what Google is counting

We list every conversion action, look for double counts and test the tags. After that, we compare Google's counts with HubSpot deals or Shopify orders.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Fix the signal

Connect HubSpot or Shopify, set values that match what each result is worth, and turn off conversions that teach Google the wrong thing.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Clean up search terms

Read the search terms report line by line, add negatives and move the best terms into their own ad groups with matching pages.

  4. Weeks 3 to 4

    Rebuild where it pays

Restructure campaigns only where the data says so. We don't tear down an account that's working just to put our name on it.

When is Google Ads the wrong choice?

Google Ads only works when people already search for what you sell. If you make something new, or your buyers don't know the category exists, there's little to bid on. Veiled Collection had this problem. Its main search terms had little volume, so we leaned on Meta ads and Google Shopping. Search ads then went after keywords that fit the people already buying from Meta.

It's also the wrong first step when tracking is broken or the website can't turn a click into a lead. And if one good lead a quarter is all you need, your sales team may find it faster by phone. In those cases we'll tell you, and point you to LinkedIn ads or Meta ads instead.

Examples by industry

The right Google Ads setup depends on how you sell. These pages go deeper.

  • Manufacturing: small, tight campaigns for buyers searching exact terms.
  • Construction: call tracking and service-area targeting.
  • Ecommerce: search, Shopping and Performance Max working together.
FAQ

Google Ads agency questions

Can Google Ads work when only a few people search for what we sell?

Yes. Some terms get only a handful of searches a month, but each one can be a serious buyer. We keep those campaigns small and tight, use exact terms, and judge them on leads and sales instead of click volume.

Why do our Google Ads bring in job seekers and students?

Broad keywords like "accounting" or "roofing" also match searches for jobs, courses and DIY tips. We read the search terms report every week, block those words and move budget to the exact terms buyers use.

Should our Google Ads bid on our own brand name?

Usually yes, in its own campaign with its own budget. That protects your name when others bid on it. It also keeps brand sales out of your other campaigns' numbers, so you can see what non-brand ads really add.

Will you rebuild our Google Ads account from scratch?

Only if it needs it. We start by fixing tracking and cleaning search terms, because that alone often changes results. Campaigns that already work keep running while we improve the rest.

Do you need access to HubSpot or Shopify to run Google Ads?

We need enough access to see deals or orders, because that's what we judge the ads on. In HubSpot, that access also lets us set up the sync back to Google. In Shopify, it lets us check orders and refunds against what Google claims.

Do you handle Google Shopping product feeds?

Yes. We connect Shopify to Google Merchant Center, fix the errors it flags and rewrite product titles. Our Google Shopping page covers that work in detail.
