Put HubSpot's Breeze AI agents to work on the jobs that pay off

HubSpot now keeps its AI agents in one place, called Agent Hub. It used to be Breeze Agents. We help you pick the one or two that fit your business, clean up the data they read, and set them up so your team trusts their work.

Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.

What happened to Breeze?

HubSpot has renamed most of its AI tools. The agents now live in Agent Hub, the screen where you turn on, set up and check every agent in your account. Breeze Studio is now Agent Builder, where you make your own agents. Breeze Copilot is now Breeze Assistant. Many people still search for "HubSpot Breeze," so you'll see both names on this page.

An AI agent is a worker inside your CRM that does one job by itself, like answering a customer or researching a company. You set the rules. It does the work and shows you what it did. Agent Hub comes with Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans. Agents that run as steps inside your HubSpot workflows need Professional or Enterprise.

How do HubSpot credits work for AI agents?

Most agents charge per result, not per user. You pay in HubSpot credits, a usage allowance that comes with your plan. HubSpot's credit rate sheet sets how many credits each result uses, and the rates change, so check it and HubSpot's pricing page before you plan.

  • Customer Agent: charged for each resolved conversation. Reply suggestions for your reps are free.
  • Prospecting Agent: charged for each lead it writes outreach for.
  • Data Agent: charged for each question on each record.
  • Buyer intent: charged for each company, every month you track it.
  • Custom agents from Agent Builder: charged by the actions they take (beta). Testing an agent is free.
  • Plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each month. Unused credits don't roll over. Billing users can pause credit use.
The problems we see

Signs you should fix your CRM before adding agents

An agent that gets things wrong in front of customers is worse than no agent. If any of these sound familiar, fix them first.

Your CRM has duplicates and stale deals

Agents read what's in HubSpot. If half your companies are duplicates and the owners are wrong, the Prospecting Agent emails the wrong person and the Data Agent pays to research the same company twice.

Your help content is out of date

The Customer Agent answers from the articles and policies you give it. If your return policy page is a year out of date, it will quote the old policy to customers.

The agent has no owner

Every agent needs a person who checks its work and watches the credit bill. Without one, small mistakes pile up.

The job lives outside HubSpot

If the answer sits in your accounting or back-office system, a PDF or a shared drive, a built-in agent can't see it. That calls for a custom build, or for syncing the data into HubSpot first.

How it works

We roll out one agent at a time

  1. Pick the job

We start with the work your team hates or skips, like chasing cold accounts or answering the same question all day. Each agent gets one clear job.

  2. Check the data it will read

We check the records, fields and help articles the agent will rely on. We fix duplicates, missing owners and old articles before anything goes live.

  3. Estimate the credit cost

We model how many leads, chats or records the agent will touch each month, so you know the likely bill before you switch it on.

  4. Set it up with a human checkpoint

We set permissions, rules and handoffs. The agent starts in review mode, where your team approves its work before a customer sees it.

  5. Review results, then add more

We go over results with you and tighten the rules. Only then does the agent get less oversight, or do we add the next one.

What about the smaller agents and Breeze Assistant?

HubSpot also lists a Campaign Agent, a Content Agent and a Nurture Agent for marketing, plus a Revenue Agent, in beta, that chases overdue invoices. Breeze Assistant comes with every plan. It summarizes records, helps you prep for meetings, drafts content and can build a workflow from a plain sentence. You can add more agents from HubSpot's Agent Marketplace.

We turn these on when they save someone on your team time each week, and leave the rest off.

Jobs HubSpot's agents don't cover

Built-in agents handle the jobs HubSpot planned for, using data already in HubSpot or on the public web. Some jobs fall outside that. You may want emailed requests or PDF forms turned into deals. You may want an alert when a regular customer stops buying, based on history in another system. For those we build custom AI workflows. The results land in HubSpot, so your agents, workflows and reports can use them.

FAQ

Breeze AI agents questions

Is HubSpot Breeze still a product?

The Breeze name still shows up in Breeze Assistant, but HubSpot now calls the home for its agents Agent Hub. Breeze Studio became Agent Builder and Breeze Marketplace became Agent Marketplace. If a vendor or blog says Breeze Agents, they mean what HubSpot now calls Agent Hub.

Do all HubSpot agents need the same plan?

No. Agent Hub comes with Starter, Professional and Enterprise, but each agent has its own rule. The Prospecting Agent and Data Agent work on Starter hubs. The Customer Agent needs Professional or Enterprise. Agents that run inside workflows also need Professional or Enterprise.

How do HubSpot credits work?

Credits are HubSpot's usage allowance for AI. Each agent uses a set number of credits per result, such as each resolved customer conversation. Your plan includes a monthly allowance that resets and doesn't roll over. You can buy more or pause use. HubSpot's credit rate sheet and pricing page show the current rates.

What should we clean up before turning on an agent?

Start with duplicate companies, wrong record owners and old help articles. Agents act on whatever is in HubSpot, so bad records turn into emails to the wrong person or answers that quote an old policy. We check the records each agent will use before it goes live.

Can we build our own agent in HubSpot?

Yes. Agent Builder lets you write instructions, give the agent access to CRM data and HubSpot actions, and connect it to supported outside MCP servers. Testing is free and runs use credits. For jobs that need your back-office system or document reading, we often build the agent outside HubSpot and write the results back.

Can an agent email customers without anyone checking?

Only if you allow it. The Prospecting Agent has a review mode where reps approve each email. The Customer Agent can suggest replies to your reps before it ever talks to a customer. We start every client in the most careful mode and loosen it once the work holds up.
