What was in the way
First Stop Fashion sells men's streetwear, from varsity jackets to sweatsuits, out of its New York store and online. The store was doing well, and the owners wanted the website to carry more of the growth.
The goal was to grow online sales without ad costs climbing just as fast. So every channel was judged on the sales it brought in.
What we did
- Ran Meta and Google together. Meta and Google campaigns were judged on total store sales, and budget moved to whatever was selling.
- Built email and text flows. Automatic email and text flows run in the background, alongside weekly email and text campaigns.
- Reviewed results twice a month. Regular check-ins on what sold, what didn't and what to try next kept the plan current.
What changed
Online sales more than doubled from 2024 to 2025. January shows the same trend. Online revenue in January 2026 was 3.8 times January 2024.
Ads, email and texts now run as one program. Each new product drop reaches buyers on more than one channel.
