A HubSpot partner for New York City companies, with locations in New York and New Jersey
Push Analytics is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner with locations in New York, NY, and Saddle Brook, NJ. We set up HubSpot for companies across the city, and we meet your team in person for interviews, discussions and training.
Free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one clear next step.
Is Push Analytics a New York City agency?
Yes. Push is based in New York, New York, and Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and works with companies across the city. We're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, and we also run paid ads and email for growing businesses.
Many NYC buyers want a local team. What they usually mean is people who can show up for the meetings that matter, keep the same working hours and understand how companies in the metro area sell. For HubSpot projects, that's how we work.
The first call is a free 30-minute video call. If we take on your HubSpot project, we plan a few on-site sessions with your team for interviews, discussions and training, and run the rest over video.
Why does a local team matter when you choose a CRM partner?
Because the hardest parts of a CRM project happen between people. Getting a sales team to agree on what a qualified lead is, or getting sales and operations to trust the same customer data, goes faster around a table.
That's why we plan our NYC projects around a few in-person moments. We start with a discovery and process-mapping workshop at your office, where we talk through how a lead turns into a customer, step by step, with the people who do the work. We interview people in each role, so we hear what they need from HubSpot. We train sales and service teams on site, at their own desks, using their own accounts, including on go-live day. And for ongoing clients, we hold quarterly review discussions in person to look at the numbers and decide what to change next.
Everything in between, like building pipelines, writing workflows and weekly check-ins, runs over video. With a base in New York, getting to your office for those sessions is easy.
What have we done for a New York business?
We ran the ads, email and text messages for First Stop Fashion, a clothing brand with a store in New York. Its online sales grew 2.1 times from 2024 to 2025, and January 2026 online revenue was 3.8 times January 2024.
The store was already doing well, and the owners wanted the website to carry more of the growth without ad costs climbing as fast. We ran Meta and Google as one program judged on total store sales, built automatic email and text flows with weekly campaigns on top, and met with the owners twice a month to review what sold.
To be clear, that project was ads, email and texts. It wasn't a HubSpot build. We share it here because it's our closest example of how we work with a brand that has a physical presence in the city. You can read the full case study.
Where NYC companies tend to get stuck
These come up often with companies in the metro area, from professional services firms to wholesalers to online brands. None are unique to New York, but the pace of business here makes them common.
Two kinds of customers in one CRM
Many companies sell to businesses and to individuals at the same time, like a brand with wholesale accounts and an online store, or a firm with corporate and private clients. HubSpot can hold both, but only if companies, deals and contact types are set up so the two sides don't blur together.
Event and meeting leads that go cold
Someone meets a prospect at an event or a lunch, writes the name on a card, and the follow-up waits a month. We set up a simple way to log those meetings in HubSpot and a follow-up task that fires the same day.
Ad spend that can't be tied to sales
Meta and Google each report their own wins, and the totals never match your sales. We judge ads on revenue and connect HubSpot so you can see which campaigns brought in customers who came back.
Deals tracked in spreadsheets
A spreadsheet works until two people chase the same lead or a renewal slips by. A CRM set up around how you actually sell fixes that.
Which NYC-area companies are a good fit?
Sales-led B2B companies
Teams with reps, quotes and longer sales cycles. We set up deal stages and follow-ups, and connect HubSpot to your accounting or ERP system.
Professional and service firms
Firms that sell time and know-how. We track every lead from first meeting to signed work and keep client history in one place.
Brands that sell online
Online-first and store-plus-online brands that want ads and email working from the same customer record, with results judged on sales and profit.
Companies with a wholesale side
Businesses selling to stores, offices or other companies around the metro area. We put order history in front of reps and make sure every quote gets a follow-up.

Which parts happen in person and which happen over video?
On site in the city
- Discovery and process-mapping workshop
- Interviews with the people who do the work
- Training for sales and service teams
- Hands-on training on go-live day
- Quarterly review discussions for ongoing clients
Over video
- Weekly check-ins and twice-monthly ad reviews
- Building pipelines, properties and workflows
- Email and text campaign approvals
- Report reviews and small fixes
- Friction Point Analysis work, done with system access and data
Why run HubSpot and ads with the same team?
Because the ads fill HubSpot, and HubSpot tells you whether the ads worked. When two different agencies own those two halves, each one can only see half the picture.
Say a Meta campaign brings in sales inquiries as well as direct purchases. If HubSpot sorts those leads correctly, you can see which ad set is feeding your best accounts.
We run paid ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, plus email marketing and texts, and we set up the HubSpot side so all of it shows up in one set of reports.
How a project with an NYC company usually runs
-
A free 30-minute call
Over video. You tell us what isn't working. We tell you what we'd look at first and whether we're the right team.
- Week 1
An in-person workshop
We come to you to map how leads become customers with the people who'll use HubSpot every day.
-
A written scope, or a deeper review first
Smaller projects go straight to a written scope. Bigger ones start with the initial analysis of a Friction Point Analysis. It's paid, done remotely and takes 2 to 4 weeks. The fee counts toward any work started within 60 days.
-
Build, go live and train
We build over video, then come back on site to train your team on the finished setup, including on go-live day.
How is this page different from our New Jersey page?
Our New Jersey HubSpot page covers clients around our Saddle Brook base. This page covers how we work with companies in the city, where we plan around a few in-person visits. The team and the Platinum partnership are the same.
HubSpot agency for NYC questions
Is Push Analytics based in New York City?
Yes. Push Analytics is based in New York, New York, and Saddle Brook, New Jersey. The free first call is over video, and for HubSpot projects and process work we come to your office for interviews, team discussions and training.
Will you train our team in person at our New York office?
Yes. We run training on site for sales and service teams, including on go-live day. For ongoing clients we also hold quarterly review discussions in person.
Can HubSpot handle business buyers and individual customers at the same time?
Yes, if it's set up for it. We usually keep business accounts as companies with their own deals, and keep individual customers separate so lists, reports and emails don't mix the two.
Did Push set up HubSpot for First Stop Fashion?
No. For First Stop Fashion we ran Meta and Google ads, email and text messages. Online sales grew 2.1 times from 2024 to 2025.
Are you a full-service marketing agency for NYC companies?
Not quite. We focus on HubSpot, paid ads, email and texts for growing businesses. We don't sell SEO, and if you need a brand identity or PR, a different kind of agency will serve you better.
